The Retra Compensation Plan is a thoughtfully designed hybrid plan that combines the strengths of a Binary structure and a Generational Unilevel.

This plan was built to reward real product usage, customer acquisition, and long-term leadership development.

Whether your goal is to earn a few hundred dollars per month by sharing products you love, or to build a large, sustainable organization that produces long-term income, the Retra Compensation Plan provides multiple paths to success at every stage of your journey.

This document outlines how each bonus works, how volume is calculated, and how you can advance through the ranks while building a healthy business.

1. Personal Commissions

Unlock this bonus by becoming a Regional Director. Earn a percentage of CV on Starter Pack purchases when you are the first upline Regional Director, Senior Director, Executive Director, Ambassador, or Diamond.

Fulfill the qualifications for Executive Manager or Executive Director to earn special bonuses. Bonus paid up to 4 times within 12 months.

1. Personal Commissions

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • Earn the difference between the customer price and the Promoter price when a personally enrolled customer purchases Retra products

Requirements:

  • Must be a Promoter
  • Must personally enroll a Retail or VIP Customer

Earnings:

  • The difference between the price the customer pays and the Promoter price for that item or bundle

Details:

  • Bonus paid on personally enrolled customer orders
  • Stacked customer orders will pay Personal Commissions to the nearest upline Promoter

Example (see image above):

  • A VIP Customer purchases a canister of Rise for $95
  • The Promoter price for this item is $85
  • The Personal Commissions paid will be $95 - $85 = $10

2. Builders Bonus

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • Earn a 20% (of CV) bonus when a personally enrolled Promoter purchases a Starter Pack

Requirements:

  • Must be a Promoter
  • Must personally enroll a Promoter who purchases a Starter Pack

Earnings:

  • 20% of the CV

Example (see image above):

  • A Promoter purchases a pack with 300 CV
  • The Builders Bonus is calculated as 300 x 20% = $60

3. GoRetra Bonus

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • In your first 4 Tri-Periods, earn up to $650 in special bonuses by fulfilling the requirements for all 3 tiers

Requirements for all 3 tiers:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must be within your first 4 Tri-Periods

Additional requirements for GoRetra500 (tier 1):

  • Must personally enroll a minimum of 2 people (any combination of Promoters, VIP Customers, or Retail Customers)
  • Must accumulate a minimum 500 CV from these orders

Additional requirements for GoRetra1000 (tier 2):

  • Must personally enroll a minimum of 4 people (any combination of Promoters, VIP Customers, or Retail Customers)
  • Must personally enroll 2 Promoters (with a Starter Pack) and place them in the Left leg of the Binary Tree
  • Must personally enroll 2 Promoters (with a Starter Pack) and place them in the Right leg of the Binary Tree
  • Must accumulate a minimum 1000 CV from these orders

Additional requirements for GoRetra2000 (tier 3):

  • Must personally enroll a minimum of 6 people (any combination of Promoters, VIP Customers, or Retail Customers), including…
  • Must personally enroll 3 Promoters (with a Starter Pack) and place them in the Left leg of the Binary Tree
  • Must personally enroll 3 Promoters (with a Starter Pack) and place them in the Right leg of the Binary Tree
  • Must accumulate a minimum 2000 CV from these orders

Earnings:

  • GoRetra500 = $150
  • GoRetra1000 = additional $250
  • GoRetra2000 = additional $250

Details:

  • Each bonus tier can be earned one time
  • Multiple bonus tiers can be earned in the same Tri-Period
  • The same enrollments can be used for all 3 tiers
  • All CV accumulated from the orders of personally enrolled people count
  • A customer must accumulate a minimum of 25 CV to count as 1 of your enrollments
  • A Promoter must accumulate a minimum of 40 CV to count as 1 of your enrollments

4. Level Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Earn an override on the orders of your customers and Promoters up to 4 levels deep

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter

 Earnings:

  • Level 1 = 6% of CV (excludes Starter Pack orders)
  • Level 2 = 6% of CV
  • Level 3 = 4% of CV
  • Level 4 = 2% of CV

 Details:

  • Level 1 Bonus is not paid on Starter Pack orders (see Builders Bonus), but is paid on all other orders placed by Promoters (and their customers) on Level 1
  • Level 2, 3, and 4 Bonuses are paid on all orders placed by Promoter (and their customers), including Starter Packs
  • When you personally enroll a new Active Promoter, you will start a new leg of your Enroller Tree and they (and their customers) will be counted as Level 1
  • There is no limit to the number of legs (or Level 1 Promoters) you can have
  • When a Level 1 Promoter enrolls a new Active Promoter, the new Promoter will be counted as Level 2
  • Customers are counted as Level 0 to the nearest upline Promoter (including stacked customers)
  • This bonus uses Dynamic Compression and will roll over anyone who is not an Active Promoter (100 PCQV) in a calendar month

5. Binary Bonus

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • Earn 10% of your Pay Leg Volume in in your Binary Tree in each Tri-Period

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must have a minimum of 300 CV in each leg of the Binary Tree for the Tri-Period
  • Must have 1 personally enrolled Left Active Promoter & 1 personally enrolled Right Active Promoter in the calendar month

Earnings:

  • 10% of Pay Leg Volume (PLV)

Details:

  • All Promoters in your team will be permanently placed in the Left or Right Leg of your Binary Tree
  • Any orders these Promoters (and their customers) place will accumulate Binary Volume for the leg they are placed in
  • The leg with the least amount of volume is called your Pay Leg
  • Any unused Binary Bonus Volume will be carried forward to the next Tri-Period
  • To be eligible to bank Binary Volume, you must be an Active Promoter and have one personally enrolled Active Promoter in each Leg of your Binary Tree
  • Each rank has different Binary Bonus requirements and caps (see table below)
    • If you do not meet the Binary Bonus requirements for the your Paid Rank, you will be earn the bonus (and be capped at) the rank that you have qualified for

*Personally Enrolled Leg Requirements and Team Rank Requirements will be enforced starting in July 2026

**Monthly Cap is the maximum amount you can earn per month in Binary Bonuses

Example (see image above):

  • Your Left Leg has 5000 CV and your Right Leg has 7000 CV, making your Left Leg your Pay Leg
  • You will earn 10% of your Pay Leg Volume: 5000 x 10% = $500
  • 5000 CV will be removed from both legs of your Binary Tree, and the remaining 2000 CV will be carried forward on your Right Leg

6. Check Match Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Unlock this bonus by becoming a Regional Director
  • Earn a percentage match of the Binary Bonuses earned by the qualified Senior Managers or above in your Enroller Tree
  • Unlock more generations and higher percentages as you rank up

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must be qualified at Regional Director or above in the calendar month
  • Must have a downline Promoter at the rank of Senior Manager or above

Earnings:

  • Varies by rank (see table)

Details:

  • The nearest downline Promoter in each leg of your Enroller Tree who qualifies at the rank of Senior Manager or above will be considered Generation 1
  • The next downline Promoter under them who qualifies at the rank of Senior  Manager or above would be considered Generation 2, etc.
  • You will earn a percentage match of the Binary Bonuses earned by the specific Promoter who is considered Generation 1, Generation 2, etc. for all the generations you are eligible to receive based on your qualified rank in the calendar month
  • Each leg of your Enroller Tree can have a Generation 1 Promoter, Generation 2 Promoter, etc. and there is no limit to the number of legs you can have
  • Monthly Bonus per Match Cap: There is a cap on the amount you can earn in Check Match Bonuses per person the match is being paid on. This is NOT a cap on the total amount you can earn in this bonus. For example: If you are a Diamond, you can be paid up to $10,000 per match. If you have 5 Generation 1 Promoters, you can be paid up to $10,000 per person; a total of $50,000

Example (see image above):

  • You are a Diamond
  • Your Generation 1 Ambassador earns $20,000 in Binary Bonuses this month
  • You will earn 20% = $4000

7. Rank Mentor Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Unlock this bonus by becoming a Regional Director
  • Earn a percentage of CV on Starter Pack purchases when you are the first upline (from the Enroller) Regional Director, Senior Director, Executive Director, Ambassador, or Diamond

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must qualify at Regional Director or above

Earnings:

  • Regional Director = 1.6% of CV
  • Senior Director = 1.6% of CV
  • Executive Director = 1.6% of CV
  • Ambassador = 1.6% of CV
  • Diamond = 1.6% of CV

Details:

  • This bonus will "roll-up" to the next qualified position where applicable (see example)

Example:

  • You are a Diamond and a new Promoter enrolls on your Level 2 with a Starter Pack
  • Since there is nobody at the ranks of Regional Director, Senior Director, Executive Director, Ambassador, or Diamond in between you and the Enroller, you will earn all of the bonuses for each rank (a total of 8% of CV)

10. Rank Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Fulfill the qualifications for Executive Manager or Executive Director to earn special bonuses
  • Bonus paid up to 4 times within 12 months

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must rank up to Executive Manager or Executive Director

Earnings:

  • Executive Manager = $250 (up to 4 times for a total of $1000)
  • Executive Director = $2500 (up to 4 times for a total of $10,000)

Details:

  • Each bonus can be earned 4 times
    • The first bonus is paid during the month you initially rank up to Executive Manager or Executive Director
    • The 3 subsequent bonuses will be paid the next 3 times you re-qualify at the same rank (or above), as long as it is within 11 months of initial rank up
  • The bonuses for Executive Manager and Executive Director can be earned in the same calendar month

Example (see image above):

  • You rank up to Executive Manager in January and earn a $250 bonus
  • You do not re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in February or March
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in April and earn an additional $250
  • You do not re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in May, June, July, or August 
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in September and earn an additional $250
  • You do not re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in October or November
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in December and earn an additional $250
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in January of the following year, but you do not earn any more bonuses because you are no longer within the 12 month time period (and you’ve also reached your maximum of 4 bonuses paid)
