The Retra Compensation Plan is a unique binary and generational unilevel hybrid which combines the strengths of both types of compensation. It has been thoughtfully designed to reward both customer acquisition and the building of large organizations.
Promoter: A person who has paid the $30 Retra Enrollment Fee (renews annually) and intends to grow their Retra business.
Active Promoter: A Promoter who has accumulated at least 40 in Personal + Customer Qualifying Volume (PCQV) in a calendar month. Being Active simply means you are personally using and/or sharing Retra products on a consistent monthly basis. Maintaining Active status allows you to qualify for commissions and bonuses, earn volume in the compensation plan, and protect your accumulated Binary Volume. A Promoter who does not accumulate 40 PCQV in a calendar month will be considered inactive for that month.
VIP Customer: A customer who creates an active SmartShip and purchases Retra products at a discount.
Retail Customer: A customer who purchases Retra products at the full retail price.
Enroller Tree: An organizational structure containing Promoters in the order they enrolled. For commissions purposes, customers are considered Level 0 to the nearest upline Promoter.
Binary Tree: An organizational structure containing Promoters, separated into 2 legs. Each new Promoter who joins your organization will be permanently placed in either your Left Leg or Right Leg. Customers are not included in the Binary Tree, but for commissions purposes, they are considered Level 0 to the Promoter who enrolled them and their orders accumulate Binary Bonus Volume.
Coupon Codes: Coupon codes are offered by Retra to help you grow and sustain your business. In order to protect your business and company profitability, whenever a coupon code is used to pay for an order, the following will occur:

Commission Payout Cap: If the total of all Tri-Periods and Monthly commission payments is above the 80% of Commissionable Volume (CV) maximum threshold, Retra reserves the right to reduce commissions until the total payout is at 80% of Commissionable Volume (CV).
Bonus Payout Caps: The Binary Bonus, Binary Rank Bonus, and Check Match Bonus have caps on individual Promoter earnings and caps on total company-wide Promoter earnings. Individual Promoter earnings caps can be found in the rules for each bonus.
Company-wide Promoter earnings caps for each bonus are as follows:
Volume Flushing Rules: Promoters who enter Inactive status will have all accumulated Binary Bonus Volume flushed if they do not reactivate their account within 60 days.
Yearly Carryover Volume: Your Pin Rank (the highest Rank you've ever achieved) determines how much Tri-Period Binary Bonus Volume (BBV) you can carry over into the next calendar year. If your BBV in either Leg exceeds the amounts listed below, it will be removed at the end of the last Tri-Period of the year:

Qualifying Volume (QV): Volume assigned to an item or product bundle primarily used for the purpose of qualification. QV is used in the following ways:
Commissionable Volume (CV): Volume assigned to an item or product bundle primarily used to calculate commissions. This volume varies and is dependent on a variety of factors, including promotions and discount codes. CV is used in the following ways:
At Retra, you can get paid via Tri-Period Pay and Monthly Pay.
Tri-Period Pay: Each month is split into 3 smaller Tri-Periods:
Any Personal Commissions, Builders Bonuses, Binary Bonuses, Sponsor Mentor Bonuses, and GoRetra Bonuses earned during a Tri-Period will be paid 5 days after the close of the period (5th, 15th, and 25th).
Monthly Pay: A month begins at 12:00:00am on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59:59pm U.S. Central Time on the last day of the month. Any Rank Mentor Bonuses, Check Match Bonuses, and Rank Bonuses earned during a calendar month will be paid with the monthly commissions, on the 10th of the following month.

Earn the difference between the customer price and the Promoter price when a personally enrolled customer purchases Retra products.
Earn a 20% (of CV) bonus when a personally enrolled Promoter purchases a Starter Pack.
Earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus when Promoters in levels 2-4 of your Enroller Tree purchase a Starter Pack.
Rank advance to Regional Director and earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus when you are the first leader at that rank above the Enroller.
Earn 15% of your Pay Leg Volume in each Tri-Period.
Rank advance to Senior Manager and earn a percentage match of the Team Bonuses earned by the Promoters in your Enroller Tree.
Earn extra bonuses in your first 4 Tri-Periods.
Fulfill the qualifications for a Rank to earn a one-time Rank Bonus.
Paid: TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)
Enroll a Retail or VIP Customer and earn the difference between the Promoter price and the price the customer pays.
Paid: TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)
Earn 20% of the CV whenever a personally enrolled Promoter purchases a Starter Pack.
Promoters can purchase an unlimited number of Starter Packs during their first 45 days.
Paid: TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)
Earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus whenever a Promoter on your Level 2, 3, or 4 purchases a Starter Pack.
Level 2 = 30% match of the Direct Bonus
Level 3 = 20% match of the Direct Bonus
Level 4 = 10% match of the Direct Bonus
Paid on the 10th of the following month.
Earn a percentage match of the Direct Bonus by rank advancing to Regional Director or above.
Rank Mentor Bonuses are paid to the first upline (from the Enroller) who is qualified at the Ranks of Regional Director or above when a Promoter purchases a Starter Pack.
Rank Mentor Bonuses "roll-up" to the next qualified position where applicable.
Regional Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus
Senior Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus
Executive Director = 8% match of Direct Bonus
Ambassador = 8% match of Direct Bonus
Diamond = 8% match of Direct Bonus
Paid: TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)
Earn 15% of your Pay Leg Volume in in your Binary Tree in each Tri-Period.
When a new Promoter enrolls, they will be permanently placed in either the Left Leg or Right Leg of your Binary Tree.
You accumulate Binary Bonus Volume (CV) every time a Promoter or customer purchases Retra products.
To be eligible to earn Team Bonuses, you must personally enroll a minimum of two active Promoters and place one in each Leg of your Binary Tree.
You must have a minimum of 300 CV in each leg of the Binary Tree for the Tri-Period.
Any unused CV will carry over to the next week and does not expire.
Team Bonus Cap: The maximum amount you can earn per week in Team Bonuses is dependent on your Rank.
Paid on the 10th of the following month.
Rank advance to Senior Manager or above to be eligible to earn this bonus.
Help the Promoters in your Enroller Tree to earn Binary Bonuses and you will earn Check Match Bonuses.
Check Match Bonuses are paid as a percentage of the Binary Bonuses that Promoters earn in the top levels of your Enroller Tree.
The percentage of the Check Match Bonus and the number of Levels you are eligible for is determined by your Rank.
Paid with commissions for the Tri-Period you earn the bonus.
In your first 4 Tri-Periods...
Personally enroll a minimum of 2 people (any combination of Promoters, VIP Customers, or Retail Customers) and accumulate 500 CV from these orders to earn a $150 GoRetra Bonus.
Personally enroll a minimum of 4 people (including 2 left Promoters with a Starter Pack & 2 right Promoters with a Starter Pack in the binary tree) and accumulate 1000 CV from these orders to earn an additional $250 Bonus.
All CV counts toward the bonus, but a customer must accumulate a minimum of 25 CV to count as 1 of your 5 enrollments. A Promoter must accumulate a minimum of 40 CV to count as 1 of your 5 enrollments.
Paid on the 10th of the following month.
Every time you advance in rank, you will earn a one-time Rank Bonus of 5% of your total Rank Volume.
