The Retra Compensation Plan is a thoughtfully designed hybrid plan that combines the strengths of a Binary structure and a Generational Unilevel.

This plan was built to reward real product usage, customer acquisition, and long-term leadership development.

Whether your goal is to earn a few hundred dollars per month by sharing products you love, or to build a large, sustainable organization that produces long-term income, the Retra Compensation Plan provides multiple paths to success at every stage of your journey.

This document outlines how each bonus works, how volume is calculated, and how you can advance through the ranks while building a healthy business.

10. Rank Bonus

Fulfill the qualifications for Executive Manager or Executive Director to earn special bonuses. Bonus paid up to 4 times within 12 months.

1a. Rewards Program for Promoters

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 1st of the following month)

Description:

  • Receive $50 in Retra Rewards when you have 3 personally enrolled customers (spend $50+) in a calendar month

Requirements:

  • Must be a Promoter
  • Must have an active SmartShip order (with QV)
  • Must have 3 personally enrolled customers who spend a minimum of $50 on Retra products in a calendar month

Earnings:

  • $50 Retra Rewards

Details:

  • Promoters who have 3 personally enrolled customers (who spend $50+ each) in a calendar month will receive $50 in Retra Rewards
  • Retra Rewards can be used to pay for Retra products only and they will be automatically applied to your SmartShip order
  • Stacked customers do not count
  • Retra Rewards expire at the end of the month they are deposited
  • When Rewards are used to pay for an order, the CV will be reduced by the exact value of the Rewards used
    • Example: $50 Retra Rewards are used to pay for a $200 SmartShip order with 120 CV
    • Since $50 Rewards are used to pay for the order, the CV will be reduced by 50 (120 - 50) = 70 CV

1b. Rewards Program for VIP Customers

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 1st of the following month)

Description:

  • Receive $15 in Retra Rewards when a personally enrolled customer (spends $50+) in a calendar month
  • Can earn up to $45 in Retra Rewards each month by referring 3 customers

Requirements:

  • Must be a VIP Customer
  • Must have an active SmartShip order
  • Must have 1-3 personally enrolled customers who spend a minimum of $50 on Retra products in a calendar month

Earnings:

  • $15 Retra Rewards per customer (up to a maximum of $45)

Details:

  • VIP Customers who have 1 personally enrolled customer (who spends $50+ each) in a calendar month will receive $15 in Retra Rewards
    • 2 referrals = $30 Retra Rewards
    • 3 referrals = $45 Retra Rewards
  • Retra Rewards can be used to pay for Retra products only and they will be automatically applied to your SmartShip order
  • Retra Rewards expire at the end of the month they are deposited
  • Stacked customers count only for the VIP Customer who referred them
  • When Rewards are used to pay for an order, the CV will be reduced by the exact value of the Rewards used
    • Example: $45 Retra Rewards are used to pay for a $180 SmartShip order with 100 CV
    • Since $45 Rewards are used to pay for the order, the CV will be reduced by 45 (100 - 45) = 55 CV

2. Personal Commissions

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • Earn the difference between the customer price and the Promoter price when a personally enrolled customer purchases Retra products

Requirements:

  • Must be a Promoter
  • Must personally enroll a Retail or VIP Customer

Earnings:

  • The difference between the price the customer pays and the Promoter price for that item or bundle

Details:

  • Bonus paid on personally enrolled customer orders
  • Stacked customer orders will pay Personal Commissions to the nearest upline Promoter

Example (see image above):

  • A VIP Customer purchases a canister of Rise for $75
  • The Promoter price for this item is $65
  • The Personal Commissions paid will be $75 - $65 = $10

3. Personal Sales Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Earn additional bonuses based on the total Customer Commissionable Volume (CCV) generated by your personally enrolled customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must personally enroll Retail or VIP Customers
  • Must accumulate a 250, 1000, or 2500 in Customer Commissionable Volume (CCV) in a calendar month

Earnings:

  • 250-999 CCV = Title of HOPE BUILDER + 10% of CCV bonus
  • 1000-2499 CCV = Title of LIFE CHANGER + 20% of CCV bonus
  • 2500+ CCV = Title of WORLD CHANGER + 30% of CCV bonus

Details:

  • Only the highest title achieved in a calendar month will be paid
  • The bonus is paid on the total CCV accumulated during the month
  • Stacked customer volume counts toward CCV for the nearest upline Promoter

Example 1 (see image above):

  • Accumulate 270 CCV in a calendar month
  • Earn the title HOPE BUILDER
  • Earn 270 x 10% = $270

Example 2:

  • Accumulate 3000 CCV in a calendar month
  • Earn the title WORLD CHANGER
  • Earn 3000 x 30% = $900

4. Builders Bonus

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • Earn a 20% (of CV) bonus when a personally enrolled Promoter purchases a Starter Pack

Requirements:

  • Must be a Promoter
  • Must personally enroll a Promoter who purchases a Starter Pack

Earnings:

  • 20% of the CV

Example (see image above):

  • A Promoter purchases a Builders Pack (300 CV)
  • The Builders Bonus is calculated as 300 x 20% = $60

5. Fast Start Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • In your first 3 full months (Fast Start Period), earn up to $275 in special bonuses by ranking up

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must be within your first 4 months (enrollment month + next 3 full months)
  • Must rank up to Regional Promoter, Senior Promoter, or Executive Promoter within your Fast Start Period

Earnings:

  • Regional Promoter = $25
  • Senior Promoter = $50
  • Executive Promoter = $200

Details:

  • Each bonus can be earned one time
  • Multiple bonuses can be earned in the same calendar month
  • If a Promoter enrolls during the last Tri-Period (21st-end) of the month, their Rank Volume will be carried forward into the next full month

Example 1 (see image above):

  • You enroll in January
  • Your Fast Start Period would be January through April
  • You rank up to Regional Promoter ($25) and Senior Promoter ($50), and Executive Promoter ($200) in February and receive a $275 bonus

Example 2:

  • You enroll in January
  • Your Fast Start Period would be January through April
  • You rank up to Regional Promoter ($25) and Senior Promoter ($50) in January and receive a $75 bonus
  • You rank up to Executive Promoter ($200) in April and receive a $200 bonus

6. Level Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Earn an override on the orders of your customers and Promoters up to 4 levels deep
  • Unlock more levels as you rank up

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter

Earnings:

  • Varies by rank (see table)

Details:

  • Level 1 Bonus is not paid on Starter Pack orders (see Builders Bonus), but is paid on all other orders placed by Promoters (and their customers) on Level 1
  • Level 2, 3, and 4 Bonuses are paid on all orders placed by Promoter (and their customers), including Starter Packs
  • When you personally enroll a new Active Promoter, you will start a new leg of your Enroller Tree and they (and their customers) will be counted as Level 1
  • There is no limit to the number of legs (or Level 1 Promoters) you can have
  • When a Level 1 Promoter enrolls a new Active Promoter, the new AP will be counted as Level 2
  • Customers are counted as Level 0 to the nearest upline Promoter (including stacked customers)
  • This bonus uses Dynamic Compression and will roll over anyone who is not an Active Promoter (100 PCQV) in a calendar month

 Example (see image above):

  • You are a Senior Manager and you personally enroll David as a Promoter (Level 1)
  • You will earn 10% of CV on David’s orders (excluding Starter Packs)
  • David’s customers are also considered Level 1, so you will also earn 10% of CV on their orders
  • David enrolls Susan as a Promoter on your Level 2
  • You will earn 5% of CV on Susan’s orders (including Starter Packs), as well as her customers’ orders
  • Susan enrolls Tim as a Promoter on your Level 3
  • You will earn 2% of CV on Tim’s orders (including Starter Packs), as well as his customers’ orders

7. Binary Bonus

Paid:

  • TRI-PERIOD (on the 5th, 15th, and 25th of each month)

Description:

  • Unlock this bonus by becoming an Executive Manager
  • Earn 5% of your Pay Leg Volume in in your Binary Tree in each Tri-Period

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must be qualified at Executive Manager or above in the calendar month
  • Must have a minimum of 300 CV in each leg of the Binary Tree for the Tri-Period
  • Must have 1 personally enrolled Left Active Promoter & 1 personally enrolled Right Active Promoter in the calendar month

Earnings:

  • 5% of Pay Leg Volume (PLV)

Details:

  • All Promoters in your team will be permanently placed in the Left or Right Leg of your Binary Tree
  • Any orders these Promoters (and their customers) place will accumulate Binary Volume for the leg they are placed in
  • The leg with the least amount of volume is called your Pay Leg
  • Any unused Binary Bonus Volume will be carried forward to the next Tri-Period
  • To be eligible to bank Binary Volume, you must be an Active Promoter and have one personally enrolled Promoter in each Leg of your Binary Tree

Example (see image above):

  • You are an Executive Manager, and you have at least 1 Active personally enrolled Promoter in each leg of your Binary Tree
  • Your Left Leg has 5000 CV and your Right Leg has 7000 CV, making your Left Leg your Pay Leg
  • You will earn 5% of your Pay Leg Volume: 5000 x 5% = $250
  • 5000 CV will be removed from both legs of your Binary Tree, and the remaining 2000 CV will be carried forward on your Right Leg

8. Binary Rank Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Unlock this bonus by becoming a Regional Director
  • Earn 2-7% of your Pay Leg Volume each month (in addition to the Tri-Period Binary Bonus; see table)

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must be qualified at Regional Director or above in the calendar month
  • Must earn a Binary Bonus during at least one of the Tri-Periods in the calendar month
  • Personally Enrolled Leg Requirement: Must have at least 2 personally enrolled Left Active Promoters & 2 personally enrolled Right Active Promoter in the calendar month (see table)*
  • Team Rank Requirement: Must have Promoters in your Enroller Tree qualified at specific ranks in each leg of your Binary Tree (see table)*

Earnings:

  • Varies by rank (see table)

*Personally Enrolled Leg Requirements and Team Rank Requirements will be enforced starting in July 2026

**Monthly Cap is the maximum amount you can earn per month in Binary Bonuses and Binary Rank Bonuses

Details:

  • The Binary Bonus Volume used during the 3 Tri-Periods in the calendar month will be used to calculate your Binary Rank Bonus

Example (see image above):

  • You are a Diamond, and you have 3 Active personally enrolled Promoters in each leg of your Binary Tree
  • You use 20,000 from your Pay Leg in Tri-Period 1, 30,000 from your Pay Leg in Tri-Period 2, and 50,000 from your Pay Leg in Tri-Period 3
  • Total Pay Leg Volume for the month = 100,000
  • As a Diamond, you will earn 7% of your Pay Leg Volume: 100,000 x 7% = $7000

9. Check Match Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Unlock this bonus by becoming a Regional Director
  • Earn a percentage match of the Level Bonuses, Binary Bonuses, and Binary Rank Bonuses earned by the qualified Executive Managers or above in your Enroller Tree
  • Unlock more generations and higher percentages as you rank up

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must be qualified at Regional Director or above in the calendar month
  • Must have a downline Promoter at the rank of Executive Manager or above

Earnings:

  • Varies by rank (see table)

Details:

  • The nearest downline Promoter in each leg of your Enroller Tree who qualifies at the rank of Executive Manager or above will be considered Generation 1
  • The next downline Promoter under them who qualifies at the rank of Executive Manager or above would be considered Generation 2, etc.
  • You will earn a percentage match of the Level Bonuses, Binary Bonuses, and Binary Rank Bonuses earned by the specific Promoter who is considered Generation 1, Generation 2, etc. for all the generations you are eligible to receive based on your qualified rank in the calendar month
  • Each leg of your Enroller Tree can have a Generation 1 Promoter, Generation 2 Promoter, etc. and there is no limit to the number of legs you can have
  • Monthly Bonus per Match Cap: There is a cap on the amount you can earn in Check Match Bonuses per person the match is being paid on. This is NOT a cap on the total amount you can earn in this bonus. For example: If you are a Diamond, you can be paid up to $10,000 per match. If you have 5 Generation 1 Promoters, you can be paid up to $10,000 per person; a total of $50,000.

Example (see image above):

  • You are a Diamond
  • Your Generation 1 Ambassador earns $5000 Binary Bonus + $6000 Binary Rank Bonus + $9000 Level Bonus = $20,000 
  • You will earn 20% = $4000

10. Rank Bonus

Paid:

  • MONTHLY (on the 10th of the following month)

Description:

  • Fulfill the qualifications for Executive Manager or Executive Director to earn special bonuses
  • Bonus paid up to 4 times within 12 months

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Promoter
  • Must rank up to Executive Manager or Executive Director

Earnings:

  • Executive Manager = $250 (up to 4 times for a total of $1000)
  • Executive Director = $2500 (up to 4 times for a total of $10,000)

Details:

  • Each bonus can be earned 4 times
    • The first bonus is paid during the month you initially rank up to Executive Manager or Executive Director
    • The 3 subsequent bonuses will be paid the next 3 times you re-qualify at the same rank (or above), as long as it is within 11 months of initial rank up
  • The bonuses for Executive Manager and Executive Director can be earned in the same calendar month

Example (see image above):

  • You rank up to Executive Manager in January and earn a $250 bonus
  • You do not re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in February or March
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in April and earn an additional $250
  • You do not re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in May, June, July, or August 
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in September and earn an additional $250
  • You do not re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in October or November
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in December and earn an additional $250
  • You re-qualify at Executive Manager (or above) in January of the following year, but you do not earn any more bonuses because you are no longer within the 12 month time period (and you’ve also reached your maximum of 4 bonuses paid)
