How to Enroll Customers & Promoters

The tutorials below will guide you through the process of enrolling both Customers and Promoters. It’s important to understand the distinction between the two:

📦 Customers are focused on experiencing the benefits of Retra products.

👩‍💻 Promoters not only want to experience the benefits of the products, but also want to earn income by sharing them with others.

💡 Best Practice: If someone is primarily interested in using the products, enroll them as a Customer. Only enroll individuals as Promoters if they are ready to build a business alongside their product experience.

How to Enroll a Customer

💡 Tip: To make sure you're enrolling a new customer (and not ordering products under your own account), make sure you can see the words "You are shopping with YOUR NAME" at the top of the page. If you don't see those words, please log out of your account.
