You earn Retra Credits by referring VIP Customers. You’ll receive 50% of your referred customer’s order subtotal (before shipping and tax) for their first two purchases in a calendar month.

Both VIP Customers and Promoters can refer others and earn Retra Credits.

You can refer as many as you’d like! However, you’ll earn Retra Credits on the first two VIP Customer orders placed each calendar month. After that, Promoters earn personal commissions.

You’ll still earn Retra Credits for that one referral! There’s no minimum requirement to earn.

Credits are added to your Retra account at the beginning of the following month after the qualifying purchase(s) are made.

Yes! You have 60 days to use your Retra Credits from the date they're deposited into your Retra account.
