How it Works
Promoters & VIP Customers can earn 50% (of the product subtotal) in Retra Credits for their first 2 personally enrolled VIP Customer ordersĀ of the month. You will earn Retra Credits even if you only refer 1 VIP Customer.
When do I receive my Retra Credits?
Credits are added to your Retra account at theĀ beginning of the following monthĀ after the qualifying purchase(s) are made.
Where can I track my Retra Credits, and do they expire?
You can view your earned Retra CreditsĀ in your Back Office. Promoters can find it under theĀ CommissionsĀ tab. VIP Customers can find it under the Credits tab.
Retra Credits do expire. You have 60 days to use your Retra Credits from the date they're deposited into your Retra account.
